A challenge, start to finish
250 + 250 = 500.
Two friends each commit 250 Credits to a challenge. When the result is confirmed, the winner receives the full 500-Credit pot. No fee, no cut. If it’s a tie, cancelled or unfinished, everyone’s Credits come straight back.
What Credits are — and aren’t
Pontaro Credits are virtual items used inside Pontaro. They have no cash value and no guaranteed value of any kind. They cannot be:
- ✕withdrawn
- ✕sold or traded
- ✕exchanged for money or crypto
- ✕redeemed for gift cards or merchandise
- ✕transferred outside Pontaro
Credits aren’t an investment, a financial asset or a cash equivalent, and you can’t buy your way up the leaderboards: Points are earned only through verified play.

Purchased Credits would be kept separate and would not be usable to stake on challenges until that is reviewed and approved. Purchases would be for account holders 18 and over. Refund rights depend on where you live and the store you buy from.
FAQ
Can I cash out my Credits?
No. Credits can’t be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money, crypto, gift cards, merchandise or prizes.
Does Pontaro take a fee?
No. Winners receive the whole virtual pot.
How do I get more Credits?
Win verified challenges, redeem Reward Points (100 Reward Points = 100 Credits), or claim a free refill of 250 Credits once every 24 hours when you hold fewer than 100.
Can I buy my way up the leaderboard?
No. Points come only from verified play, and Points can’t be purchased.
Who can play?
People aged 13 and older. Accounts under 18 get private profiles by default and are kept separate from adult accounts. Buying or staking purchased Credits is not available to under-18s.
What happens in a tie or a dispute?
Ties, cancelled and unfinished challenges return every player’s Credits. If players disagree, the Credits stay held while a person reviews the evidence.
